The Thrive Programme - food for the mind.

It's important to distinguish the key differences between The Thrive Programme and other therapeutic interventions. Instead of focusing on a specific symptom, you will learn to thrive - feeling calm, confident, capable and in control of your psychological health.​

 

Everyone's mental health is part of a continuum.

 

When people are in crisis, in the red, struggling and suffering, feeling powerless with low self esteem and anxiety, a host of symptoms can emerge. Treating your symptoms can be helpful, but treating the causes and learning to thrive can contribute towards lasting and sustainable well-being.

Understanding why you have your symptoms will help you get better instead of just appealing to management/coping strategies.
